Program Overview
The FNC Freight Protection Program (FPP) is designed to provide financial security to our network members, protecting them against payment defaults and enhancing trust within our global community.
For unpaid invoices on transactions with verified members.
All approved FNC members are eligible. Protection begins immediately upon membership approval.
Claims Process
Notify FNC Admin of payment delays exceeding 60 days with all required documentation.
Submit unpaid invoices and evidence of three payment reminders sent to the debtor.
Admin reviews the case and assigns recovery agents if needed to resolve the issue.
Compensation is subject to program terms and conditions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Cargo damage claims are excluded from the FPP. Members must obtain separate liability insurance to cover cargo damage or loss during transit.
Main exclusions include business with suspended/terminated members, claims older than six months, claims below $500, and transactions occurring before policy enrollment.
