3. FNC Bali 2027 – Our 25th Silver Jubilee Conference

International freight forwarding depends heavily on trust, but trust should always be supported by responsible risk management.
The FNC Freight Protection Program (FPP) is an important facility designed to provide eligible protection against qualifying payment defaults, subject to the programme's terms, conditions and applicable limits.
We strongly encourage every participating member to understand how the programme works.
Before extending credit to another member, please check:
- The member's current FNC membership status
- Their applicable membership category
- The permitted credit limit
- Relevant FPP coverage
- Payment terms
- Applicable programme conditions
Members should never assume that every transaction or every outstanding amount is automatically protected.
Maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring outstanding invoices and following agreed payment terms remain essential responsibilities.
