Schäfer&SIS Interlogistik® has become part of the STL Logistik Group — creating a strong, medium-sized logistics group with around 800 employees, 14 locations and EUR 250 million in annual turnover. Business continues as usual for all partners.

Schäfer&SIS Interlogistik® has announced an important development: the group has become part of the STL Logistik Group. Together with the integration of Spedition Trippler, this creates a strong, medium-sized logistics group with approximately 800 employees, 14 locations and an annual turnover of around EUR 250 million.

In an information letter to business partners, the management describes the step as laying the foundation for the long-term development of the company — enabling continued cooperation on a reliable and future-oriented basis.

What This Means for Business Partners

First and foremost: business continues as usual. The company has confirmed that day-to-day operations and relationships remain fully intact:

- Existing contacts remain unchanged

- All existing agreements and contracts remain valid

- All locations and established business processes remain in place

- The management of Schäfer&SIS Interlogistik® will continue to actively lead the further development of the company
