North Queensland Customs Services (NQCS) is a Queensland-based international freight forwarder and customs clearing house. The Company was founded in 1976 and has been operational for 50 years. The business is a member of IATA, IFCBAA and hold Australian Trusted Trader status. We provide advice on: Air and sea freight rates Assistance with customs clearance Freight forwarding Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment (biosecurity) requirements Duty and tax payments Importing into Australia Exporting around the world Trade consulting and tariff advice Cargo packaging, handling and transport options We can arrange the transhipment, or delivery, of cleared merchandise. We are a licensed Customs Broker and can clear your imported or exported goods through customs. This involves preparing your documents or electronic submissions, calculating taxes, duties and excises, and facilitating communication between you and the relevant Government authorities. North Queensland Customs Services is licensed by the Australian Border Force and is a member of the International Forwarders and Customs Brokers Association of Australia. We also operate a fleet of container trucks throughout Queensland.
