We are a New Zealand owned and operated freight and customs broker. Our staff are all NZ customs licensed and NZ MPI accredited with a wealth of industry experience that only comes from years of working in the front-line import and exporter operations.
Our success stems from our strong family values and our can-do business culture. We are proud of our reputation for integrity, honesty and credibility within the New Zealand and international freight markets.
The point of difference is that we are large enough to enjoy strong volumes, buying power and relationships with all shipping lines and relevant government departments but small enough to benefit from low overheads which are passed on to our customers in our rates and fees.
Pinnacle Logistics Ltd was formed by owner Paul Caskie to bridge the gap between importers/exporters and the international shipping lines/airlines. Our role is to provide detailed advice to our clients and to assist and guide them through the regulations and protocols of shifting their freight into, out of and around New Zealand.
